The language we use shapes our perceptions, teaching practices, and interactions with students. This workshop explores how asset-based language can shift mindsets, fostering a more inclusive and strengths-focused approach to neurodiverse and multilingual learners. Participants will examine how mental models influence their perceptions of student abilities, learn to reframe challenges as opportunities for growth, and explore strategies that empower all learners to thrive.
