Kristen Pelletier is a highly regarded educational consultant, coach, and teacher trainer dedicated to fostering inclusive cultures and practices in international schools. As the founder of Redefining Access, based in Brussels, she leverages over 19 years of experience at the International School of Brussels, where she served as Director of Student Support Services, to empower schools to create equitable and inclusive learning environments. Originally from Maine, Kristen holds a BS in Special Education and an MA in Educational Administration (K-12). She is a founding Co-Director and Design Team Member of Next Frontier Inclusion and serves as faculty for the Teacher Training Center and Education Across Frontiers, preparing educators to lead with an inclusive mindset. Through her visionary leadership and practical strategies, Kristen continues to inspire educators and school leaders worldwide to redefine access and make inclusion a reality.
